Kfir Kron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kfir most recently worked at Tom Ferry as the Director of Information Systems since December 2021 and previously served as the Director of Operations from August 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Customer Care at TEN: The Enthusiast Network from February 2016 to April 2018.
Kfir also gained experience at HONK Technologies as the Manager of Marketplace Development (Sr. Operations Manager) from June 2015 to February 2016, and at Digital Peripheral Solutions as the National Customer Service Manager from November 2014 to May 2015.
In their earlier career, Kfir Kron held various roles at StubHub. Kfir worked as the Los Angeles Field Operations Office Supervisor from March 2013 to November 2014, as the Interim UK Field Operations Manager from May 2012 to November 2014, and as the Regional Event Coordinator from October 2011 to March 2013. Kfir also served as an Operations Coordinator at StubHub from September 2009 to July 2011.
Kfir's work experience began at Sports Venture Inc, where they worked as a Retail Store Manager from October 2004 to January 2008. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing sales and associate staff, hiring and training new employees, and organizing promotional events to drive sales and develop customer relations.
Kfir Kron completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film & Media Practices from Arizona State University in the years 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Scottsdale Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Motion Picture and Television Production. Additionally, Kfir has obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Associate, Leandata Certified Expert, Outreach Certified Administrator, Salesforce Trailhead Ranger, and Spartan SGX.
