Jenny Bailey

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Ferryx

Jenny Bailey is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Ferryx, where they are leading the development of live biotherapeutics for inflammatory conditions. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Bristol as a Senior Research Associate, focusing on the development of safe and effective bacterial therapeutics for chronic inflammatory disorders. Jenny also served as a Research Assistant at the University, working on various research projects. Additionally, Jenny was appointed as an Entrepreneurial Lead at ICURe, supporting the development of innovative projects.

Jenny Bailey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Pathogenesis from the University of Bristol in the years 2001 to 2004. Jenny then pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mucosal Immunology from 2004 to 2008.
