Yasser Abdelhalim is a seasoned professional in the chemical processing industry, currently serving as Process Technical Manager at Fertiglobe since May 2021, working on a confidential Greenfield Blue Ammonia project. Prior to this role, Yasser held various positions at National Maintenance Operations & Engineering Services Company (NMOES) from January 2017 to April 2022, including Production Director for Ammonia & Methanol, where responsibilities encompassed project management and technical reviews for a petrochemical complex. Yasser's experience further includes key roles at OCI NV from January 2008 to November 2016, managing ammonia production and operations, and at Atlantic Methanol from June 2000 to December 2007, focusing on methanol plant operations. Early career experience includes roles at ABU QIR Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Company and service as an officer in the Egyptian armed forces, along with foundational training as an engineer intern. Education was obtained at Alexandria University.
