Claudia Harding is an experienced clinical embryologist currently serving as the Clinical Lead and Laboratory Team Leader at Fertility Associates since November 2019. Claudia completed an internship at the University of Otago from October 2017 to February 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Clinical Embryology from Monash University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Otago, earned between 2015 and 2018.

Today Fertility Associates is the largest fertility services provider in New Zealand with four main clinics in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch, as well as some lower technology treatments available in Auckland’s North Shore and Palmerston North clinics. Specialists from these base clinics consult regularly in Whangarei, North Shore Auckland, East Auckland, West Auckland, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Whanganui, Palmerston North, Nelson and Queenstown.
