Saurabh Agarwal

Saurabh Agarwal has worked in various roles in the energy industry since 2005. Saurabh began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University, where they worked on III-V Nitride Semiconductors. In 2006, they joined Halliburton Energy Services as a Field Engineer/Sales, where they worked on Frac design and production simulation for Anadarko basin wells. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Completion Engineer II at EOG Resources, where they handled Project Management for the entire completions team, optimized frac designs, and supervised operations, consultants and vendors. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Technical and Project Advisor and Sr. Completion Engineer at Hess Corporation, where they presented the analysis of operations and cost models for various data rooms visited under North American Opportunities for possible acquisition purposes, developed work models to handle the production strategy, and created facility models to cater to different development plans. Since 2018, they have been with SK innovation, where they are currently an Engineering/Operations Supervisor. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Fervo Energy as a Senior Manager - Completions and Operations and Planning & Completions Lead.

Saurabh Agarwal attended BCM Arya Model School from 1985 to 2000. Saurabh then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 2000 to 2004. In 2005, they completed their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University.
