Thomas Rupps

Thomas Rupps is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in customer service and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service IT at FES Frankfurter Entsorgungs- und Service GmbH since May 2021, Thomas previously held roles as IT Service Delivery Manager and IT Project Manager at GE, and IT Project Manager at Alstom Power, where responsibilities included driving separation and integration projects. Additional experience includes serving as Regional IT Infrastructure & Service Desk Manager for Central Europe & Eurasia at AREVA T&D and customer service roles at Alstom Power and AEG AG. Thomas' educational background includes a degree in Informatik from August-Bebel-Schule Offenbach.
