Bernardo Mascarenhas

Bernardo Mascarenhas has extensive experience in human resources and business management, currently serving as Vice President and Partner at FESA Group since August 2017, where roles have included Director, Associate Director, and Senior Researcher. Prior to this, Bernardo held a position as Business Partner at Banco Santander from July 2016 to August 2017, and worked at FESA Group as a PL Researcher from July 2012 to July 2016. Earlier career roles included recruitment and selection at Comau and Instituto Mario Penna. Bernardo holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidade FUMEC and is pursuing an MBA in Business Management at USP/Esalq.
