Thayanie Ujino

Thayanie Ujino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and human capital strategy. Currently serving as a Board Member at IIC Partners since October 2019, Ujino has also been a Managing Partner at FESA Group since January 2006, overseeing multiple brands focused on transforming leadership and providing human capital solutions. Prior to this, Ujino held the position of VP & Partner in Financial Services, responsible for sectors including insurance, reinsurance, and various banking services. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consultant at Grupo Foco from January 2005 to January 2006. Ujino holds a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, completed in 2004.
