Tom Roueche

Tom Roueche serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fesarius Therapeutics since June 2021, focusing on the advancement of soft tissue regeneration technology to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Prior to this role, Tom operated as a Business Strategist from 2016 to May 2021, leveraging 25 years of expertise in driving success for early and growth-stage companies by understanding market dynamics and leading high-performing teams. As the Co-Founder and President of BioSET, Inc. from 2001 to 2015, Tom contributed to the development of innovative biotechnology for tissue regeneration, leading the company through significant clinical advancements. Tom also held the position of Director of New Market Development at InnerDyne, Inc., facilitating the expansion of product offerings in interventional cardiology and arthroscopy. Earlier in the career, Tom held the role of VP Sales & Marketing at OrthoTech, Inc., where responsibilities included driving growth in the orthopedic sports medicine sector. Tom is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma.
