Xiao Lei has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Xiao began their career as a Software Engineer and Project Manager at Shaanxi Times Motion Ltd. Co, where they managed teams and designed software projects for various industries. Xiao then worked as a Software Engineer at Anchor Company, UK, where they integrated a new online service into existing systems. Following that, they were a Project Manager at Brandsauce Company, UK, where they successfully implemented the Livestock Management System Project. Xiao later became an IT Executive Director at Zhaopin.com, and then an IT Director at both 快钱公司 and FESCO Adecco（外企科）.
Xiao Lei attended the University of Wales in the United Kingdom from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Xiao then pursued further education at Xi'an Jiaotong University, majoring in Computer Science and Technology.
