Cristina Rodríguez de Pablo has a diverse work experience in the technology and research field. Cristina started their career as an R&D engineer at Fatronik-Tecnalia's Neuroengineering department from October 2006 to December 2009. Cristina then joined TECNALIA Research & Innovation in January 2010 as an R&D engineer at the Rehabilitation Department, where they focused on software design and development, telematics, communication protocols, and distributed systems. Cristina also conducted research on accessible interfaces, serious video games, data analytics, robotics, sensory, and telerehabilitation. Cristina's role expanded at TECNALIA as they became a Project Manager in July 2014, responsible for managing projects throughout their life cycle. Cristina provided technical leadership to international teams specializing in medical devices and handled interactions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Cristina also prepared R&D offers and proposals and engaged in technological surveillance, ideation, intellectual property, and dissemination. In October 2019, Cristina joined Fesia Technology as the Head of Product Development, where they oversaw the development of various products. In January 2020, they assumed the role of CTO at Fesia Technology, where they continue to contribute their expertise.
Cristina Rodríguez de Pablo has a diverse education history. Cristina obtained their Licenciatura degree in Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Later, in 2008 to 2009, they earned a Master's degree in Ingeniería Biomédica from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
In addition to their formal education, Cristina has also obtained additional certifications. In May 2021, they completed a course in Innovation Management from Coursera. Cristina further enhanced their skills with a Strategic Management and Innovation Specialization from Coursera, which they obtained in June 2022.
