Luke Alpert

Luke Alpert currently serves as a 7th and 8th Grade History Teacher at The Fessenden School and as an Assistant Director at Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA. Prior to these roles, Luke held various educational positions, including 8th Grade Dean and World Studies Teacher at STRIVE Prep, where significant academic growth was achieved and the core curriculum was enhanced. Experience in management includes overseeing customer service and training programs at ASCEND Pittsburgh, where Luke also acted as a Community Ambassador to promote inclusivity. Earlier roles include Sales Operations Manager at Xpogo LLC and leadership positions at Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA, focusing on staff development and camper leadership training. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in American/United States Studies along with a Bachelor's degree in History from Oberlin College.
