Caroline Drolet

Caroline Drolet is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Festival d'été de Québec since September 2011, Caroline has previously held leadership positions at Société de protection des forêts contre le feu as Directrice Ressources Humaines in 2009, and as Conseillère en réaffectation at Groupe KWA from 2008 to 2009. Prior to these roles, Caroline spent over 20 years at Pintendre Auto Inc, culminating in the role of Directrice ressources humaines. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Relations Industrielles from Université Laval, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
