Michele Hinshaw

Michele Hinshaw has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources management positions. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources for Festool USA, Festool Canada Inc, and Tooltechnic Systems North America LP. In this role, they lead a team of HR generalists and supports multiple executives and CEOs across the companies. Prior to their current role, Michele worked as a Manager of Human Resources at Gander Outdoors, Gander Mountain, Vertellus, Tractor Supply Company, and CNH Industrial. Throughout their career, they have provided advisement and support to management teams on various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Michele has also been involved in strategic planning, gap analysis, staff development, and talent placement strategies. Michele's experience includes overseeing HR functions in multiple locations, interacting with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Michele has a strong focus on creating world-class orientation programs, conducting compensation studies, and implementing fair wage compensation practices.

Michele Hinshaw completed their Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Following that, they pursued an MBA from Penn State University, graduating in 1996.
