Michael Janov Jr has been working in the engineering field since 2007. In 2014, they began working as an Engineering Intern at Dicar Inc. In 2015, they worked as an Avionics Intern at Space Exploration Technologies. In 2016, they worked at NASA Langley Research Center as an Engineering Intern in the Autonomy Incubator. During this time they researched methods to integrate wireless data transmission and wireless power source recharging of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) using near field wireless technologies, as well as prototyped flexible payload systems for UAVs. In 2017, they worked as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Fetch Robotics. Since 2018, they have worked as an Electrical Engineer at Fetch Robotics.
Michael Janov Jr completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and Minor in Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Northeastern University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Pope John XXIII Regional High School from 2009 to 2013.
