Dani Solano is an experienced operations professional with a comprehensive background in account management and program execution within the consumer goods and beverage industries. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Fetch since February 2021, Dani oversees the timely implementation of partner offers, manages product file processes, and coordinates with customer support as needed. Previously at PromoWorks, Dani held progressive roles, culminating in the position of Client Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing adult beverage sampling events, program proposals, and client performance metrics. Dani's extensive experience also encompasses training coordination, project administration, client support, and accounts receivable, showcasing a strong ability to manage complex projects and deliver results. Prior to PromoWorks, Dani worked at Madden Communications as a Client Service Representative, providing support and technical assistance to field installers and sales teams.
