Giorgio Ruscigno

Giorgio Ruscigno is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in iOS development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Fetch since March 2025, Ruscigno previously held the title of Staff Software Engineer for Apple platforms at Mozilla, where primary responsibilities included maintaining and developing features for the Pocket app. Ruscigno has also worked as a Lead iOS Engineer at Automattic, contributing to the Day One app, and held lead positions at Arity and RecommendMe, where responsibilities included developing APIs and migrating apps to newer Swift versions. Additional experience includes a role as an iOS engineering advisor and as CTO at Garage Innovation, focusing on IoT applications. Ruscigno began a career at Reply Inc as a Senior Engineering Manager, establishing the first US branch and building a team of engineers. Ruscigno holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
