Jason McAdoo has an extensive work experience in product design and user experience. Jason is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Fetch Rewards since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Citrix as a Product Designer 2 from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for delivering user experiences and interface designs for Citrix admin console products. Jason led design sprint and lightning design jam workshops to accelerate decision-making.
Before Citrix, Jason worked at MotionPoint as a Lead UX Designer from 2017 to 2018, where they brought user experience design to the company's multilingual web translation products. Jason collaborated with development and product management teams to establish a design-first mentality and prioritize consistency and reusability.
From 2014 to 2017, Jason worked at IBM as a User Experience / User Interface Lead, supporting mobile projects for multiple companies. Notably, their work on ExxonMobil's SpeedPass+ app resulted in a contract renewal worth over $1M.
Prior to IBM, Jason was a UI/UX Designer at The Hershey Company from 2013 to 2014, where they led design thinking sessions and developed a tool to improve sales person productivity. Jason also had a personal venture called Socially Awkward Games, where they designed and developed iOS applications.
Jason also had earlier experiences at Procter & Gamble, working as a Digital Design Director, and as a Freelance Designer. Additionally, they had co-op experiences at Wright Patterson Air Force Base Museum and LPK in the field of digital design and motion design respectively.
Jason McAdoo has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Digital Design from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Jason later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Game Design from Full Sail University, which they completed from 2011 to 2012.
