Justin Petty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin started their career as a Footwear Sales Associate at Academy Sports + Outdoors in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Sandwich Line/Prep/Cashier at Chicken Salad Chick, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer service and training employees.

From 2017 to 2018, Justin worked as an Assistant Director of Dining Services at Compass Group, overseeing operations and ensuring a high level of service. During the same period, they also interned at Sodexo in a marketing role as part of the Future Leaders program.

In 2018, Justin joined Panera Bread as an Assistant Manager, where they gained experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations. Justin then moved on to Shipt in 2019, where they held various positions including Communications Specialist and Trust and Safety Specialist. At Shipt, they gained experience in managing experiential operations and maintaining trust and safety protocols.

Most recently, Justin joined Fetch in 2022 as a Support Specialist and was quickly promoted to the role of Senior Support Specialist. Justin continues to provide exceptional support to customers in their current role.

Justin Petty is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management at Troy University, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Justin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Global Business with a Concentration in Marketing from Troy University. No specific start or end year is provided for the Bachelor's Degree.
