Uri Schatzberg

Uri Schatzberg has a diverse and extensive work experience. Uri is currently the director of AI at Fetcherr since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Somatix Inc. from June 2015 to December 2022 as the CTO and Co-founder. During their time at Somatix, they played a crucial role in developing Big Data analytics software and body motion data management platform for healthcare. Before that, they worked at Intel Corporation from January 2010 to May 2015 as an Advanced Location Technology Algorithm Engineer, specializing in positioning algorithms based on WiFi ranges and inertial sensors. Additionally, they co-founded navgtor in September 2011 and served as a Co-founder till September 2012. Uri also worked at horizon semiconductors as a digital communication algorithm engineer from October 2006 to 2009, where they focused on developing Docsis3 cable modem upstream phy. Prior to that, they co-founded www.nsof.info in October 2001, which was a student portal providing educational material in electrical engineering from Tel-Aviv University. Lastly, they worked as a teaching assistant at Tel Aviv University from October 2004 to October 2006, assisting in courses related to random signal and noise, digital transmission, and introduction to linear systems.

Uri Schatzberg completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in digital communication, coding, DSP, and microelectronics at Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2005. Uri then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in digital communication and coding from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Lastly, Uri obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from Tel Aviv University between 2007 and 2010.
