Ramon Calzada has a long and varied work experience. RAMON began their career in 1999 as the National VP/Director for Youth and Young Adults at CLC - Christian Life Community. In 2004, they became the Executive Director at St. Francis Center. In 2007, they moved to the Magis Institute for Spiritual Formation, where they served as a Strategy Consultant, Trainer and Mentor. From 2008 to 2013, they were the Vice-Principal/Director of Outreach at Sacred Heart High School. RAMON also worked as a Language Instructor at Berlitz US from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they also held the position of Executive Director at Society of St. Vincent de Paul Omaha. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Chaplain at CHI Health, and from 2019 to 2022, they were the Executive Director at Centro Latino of Iowa. Most recently, they were appointed SVP of Global Sales at FetchKids in 2022.

Additionally, Ramon Calzada has obtained a Leadership Certificate - Class 32 from the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce (2020), an Executive Management and Leadership Certificate from Whitecap Foundation (2006), and an Insurance Agent (Insurance Producer), Sickness, Accident and Health from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) (2018).
