Claims and Insurance Team

The Claims and Insurance Team at Fetch is responsible for managing and processing pet insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for pet parents. They assess and underwrite risks, develop and implement insurance policies, and utilize actuarial data to price products competitively while maintaining financial viability. The team also works on user acceptance testing (UAT) to better refine the claims process, striving to offer exceptional service while maintaining regulatory compliance.
