Michael Orr is a highly experienced manufacturing engineer with a strong background in product development and process improvement. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at FETCO® since February 2025, Michael has previously held key positions including Sr. Product Development Engineer at MTI and Manufacturing Engineer at William Frick & Company, where responsibilities encompassed project management for the Hyform product line and development of new manufacturing processes for CNC products. With earlier experience at ECHO Incorporated, Michael managed manufacturing processes for stick tools and aftermarket parts while supporting new product launches. Michael's career began as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University, following a solid educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and General Education from McHenry County College.
