Evelyn Litardo

Evelyn Litardo serves as the Compliance Director for Fetner Properties, Inc., a position held since 2005, specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance. Prior to this role, Evelyn worked as a Project Manager at Settlement Housing Fund, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Evelyn earned a Master’s degree in Health Education from Hunter College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The City College of New York.
