Marc Stegmann

Marc Stegmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marc started their career with a training program at REWE Group, where they completed their apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. From there, they worked as a controlling intern at Bosch Automotive Products before moving on to Tridelity Display Solutions as a trainee. Marc then joined IDS Scheer AG as a consultant and later worked as a senior consultant at Lodestone Management Consultants. In 2010, they assumed the role of Head of Group Controlling at Fette Compacting GmbH, where they stayed until 2021. Marc then became the Global Head of Finance & Controlling at the same company before transitioning to their current position as the Director of Finance & Controlling. Before their time at Fette Compacting, Marc Stegmann gained experience as a senior controller and project manager at Minimax GmbH & Co. KG.

Marc Stegmann attended Hochschule Furtwangen from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Diplom degree in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft. In 2006 to 2007, they also studied at Suzhou University of Science and Technology, focusing on Chinese and Economics.
