Roderick S. has a wide range of experience in various industries and leadership roles. Roderick started their career at Nortel Germany as Manager of Product Marketing and then moved on to CABLE & WIRELESS U.K as a Product Manager. Roderick later joined Mannesmann o.tel.o GmbH as the Director of Strategy and Product Management, where they launched multiple telecommunications services and managed mergers. Roderick then moved to C&W Sakhalin Telecom Mobile as CEO, overseeing a loss-making business and successfully turning it around. Roderick continued their career at Cable & Wireless IDC as the CEO of Exodus Japan and Director of Strategic Marketing IDC. After that, they became the Country General Manager at Cable & Wireless. Roderick then joined SchuF Armaturen und Apparatebau GmbH as the Head of Corporate Development & Marketing, responsible for global marketing and corporate development. Currently, they are the CEO of Fetterolf Corporation, a global provider of industrial valves for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

Roderick S. holds a Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University, obtained in 2010. Earlier, in 2000, they completed the International Management Executive Programme at IMD. Roderick earned a BA in International Marketing & Languages from Dublin City University between 1982 and 1986. Additionally, they participated in a Foreign Study Away Year at Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II) in 1984-1985, focusing on Marketing.
