Andre has a history of working in various cycling workshop roles, starting as a Mechanic at Cycle Surgery in 2012 and eventually moving up to Workshop Manager at Evans Cycles (UK) Ltd. Andre continued their career as a Workshop Technician at Sigma Sports before transitioning to their current role as Workshop Performance Manager & Trainer at fettle. Andre's main focus is on ensuring workshop staff and managers are always learning and improving to provide outstanding service for customers.
