Brian Marchant

Brian Marchant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the architectural woodwork industry, currently serving as a Senior Estimator and Improvement Specialist in Research & Development at Fetzer Architectural Woodwork since January 2012. In this role, Brian targets production operations for improvement, leading kaizen events to enhance efficiency. Previous experience includes positions as an Estimator and Safety Manager at Fetzer, and various roles at Fondell Woodwork, including Estimator, Production Scheduler, and Sanding Supervisor. Brian holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BA in Spanish Translation from Brigham Young University, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
