Michelle Sharp

Michelle Sharp has extensive work experience in human resources. Michelle started their career as a Human Resource Manager/Executive Management at University Credit Union in 1990, where they oversaw the HR department and managed various service departments. Michelle then worked at Bland Bros., Inc. as a Human Resource/Account Manager, handling HR responsibilities for a large landscape contractor with over 200 employees. In 2007, Michelle became the Human Resource Director at Fetzer Architectural Woodwork, where they played a key role in opening a manufacturing plant in China and implementing an Affirmative Action Plan for government contracting compliance.

Michelle Sharp attended Salt Lake Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Management. Michelle then attended the University of Utah, although the specific start and end years, degree, and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, Michelle obtained the SHRM-SCP Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in January 2018, as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in the same month and year. Prior to that, in January 2015, they also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, and in December 2014, they acquired the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
