Roberto Lara-Aranda

Roberto Lara-Aranda, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roberto has held roles such as Associate Faculty at Columbia University, where they collaborated on a course and contributed to course content. Roberto also served as the Director of Communications at the Fetzer Institute, responsible for developing and executing an integrated communications strategy. Additionally, Roberto has held various positions within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, including President of the Latino Association and Chief Officer for Communications and Development. Roberto has also worked as a Graduate Consultant at Meta, conducting marketing research. Prior to that, they were the Content Director at Accenture, leading editorial teams for flagship accounts. Roberto has also gained experience in digital editing and strategic planning at Meredith Corporation. Roberto has a background in dance, having worked as a Resident Choreographer at Calpulli Mexican Dance Company, Ballet Master at Brooklyn Ballet, Soloist at Ballet Hispanico, and Soloist at Kamea Dance Company.

Roberto Lara-Aranda, M.S. has a diverse education history that spans different fields of study. Roberto began their educational journey in 1997 at the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes-INBA, where they earned a degree as a "Bailarín Ejecutante de Danza Clásica" (Performing Dancer in Classical Dance) in the field of Fine Arts. This program lasted from 1997 to 2004.

In 2020, Roberto enrolled in Columbia University and pursued an Executive Master of Science in Strategic Communication, specializing in Business/Corporate Communications. Roberto completed this program in 2022, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the field of communication.

Additionally, in 2023, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a course in Parliamentary Procedure and Dynamics of Leadership, focusing on the field of Law. This course lasted for the entirety of 2023.
