Pascal Lehmann

Pascal Lehmann serves as Inhaber & Geschäftsführer at Lehmann Network GmbH since October 2023 and holds the position of Vorstandsmitglied Alumni in the Marketing Department at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz concurrently. Since August 2023, Pascal has been involved with KAIROS Partner AG as a Trainer, Coach, and Personalentwickler. As a Talentmanager at fenaco since October 2021, Pascal manages talent development and succession planning projects. Additional roles include serving as Prüfungsexperte at SVF Schweizerische Vereinigung für Führungsausbildung and as a trainer and lecturer at multiple educational institutions including HKV Aarau, Feusi Bildungszentrum, HFLU Höhere Fachschule Luzern, TEKO Schweizerische Fachschule AG, and SIU Schweizerisches Institut für Unternehmerschulung. Pascal’s education includes multiple degrees from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland, with a focus on Executive MBA and Strategic Management, alongside certifications in coaching and management.
