Elvira Henry

Elvira Henry is a seasoned professional in food safety and regulatory affairs, currently serving as a Regulatory Project Manager at Fever-Tree since October 2021 and also as a Director/Food Regulatory Consultant at Elkra Limited. Previously, Elvira held various roles at Ashbury - The Product Information People, including Team Lead for International Delivery & Regulatory Advisor and Food Technical Services Manager, contributing to the company's operations from October 2012 to September 2021. Elvira's experience in the field extends back to positions at London South Bank University and Oracle Training Ltd as a food technical services manager and NVQ Assessor, respectively. Elvira possesses a Master's degree in Food Safety and Control from London South Bank University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Sumy National Agrarian University in Ukraine.
