Sophie Trakkas

Sophie Trakkas is currently a Technical Project Manager and UK Quality Manager at Fever-Tree. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Technical Manager at Soulfresh and as a Technical Account Manager at Wealmoor Ltd. Sophie also has experience as a Technical Liaison Manager and Food Technologist at Winterbotham Darby & Co Ltd. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition with Honours from the University of Nottingham. In 2017, Sophie spent time traveling and attended a course on Modern Greek Language at the University of Athens.
