Sophie Trakkas

Sophie Trakkas is currently the UK Quality Manager at Fever-Tree. Before this role, Sophie was the Technical Manager at Soulfresh and the Technical Account Manager at Wealmoor Ltd. Sophie also spent time traveling in 2017, attending a course in Modern Greek Language at the University of Athens. Prior to their traveling, Sophie held positions at Winterbotham Darby & Co Ltd as a Technical Liaison Manager and Food Technologist. Sophie graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition with Honours.
