Emma Klenke

Emma Klenke has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Emma started their career as a Field Service Representative at IRI in 2014, where they focused on data gathering and maintaining vendor relationships. In 2014, they also worked as a Retail Associate at Panera Bread, handling customer relations and merchandising responsibilities.

In 2016, Emma worked as a Teller at the United Bank of Union, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. Emma then transitioned to the cybersecurity field, working as a Cyber Security Analyst Intern at Maritz in 2017. In this role, they investigated vulnerabilities and created visualizations.

Emma further honed their cybersecurity skills as a Cyber Fusion Center Analyst at Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2017 to 2018. Emma assessed and provided solutions for cybersecurity issues and conducted penetration testing for nonprofit organizations.

During their time at Spectrum in 2018, Emma held the position of a Big Data Intern, where they prioritized database integrity, performance, and security. Emma also collaborated with development teams for database updates and troubleshooting.

In 2018, Emma joined Centene Corporation as an Application Software Development Technician. Emma developed and deployed Golang REST API services and shadowed the DevOps team during the establishment of a CI/CD deployment process. Later, they took on the role of an Application Software Developer, collaborating with software developers and IT staff for code releases.

Currently, Emma is working at FEVO as a Junior Software Developer. Emma is responsible for implementing a Golang microservice architecture, developing and maintaining GraphQL layers, and using React to develop responsive interfaces aligned with user experience requirements.

Emma Klenke earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Studies from East Central College between 2015 and 2017. Emma then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cyber Security with a minor in App Development at Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2017 to 2019.
