Previously, Glenda worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bord Gais Energy, addressing the needs of customers with gas, electricity, and home servicing accounts. From June 2005 to May 2011, Glenda was a Team Leader for the Western Union Money Transfer at Fexco, overseeing the French team. Educationally, Glenda has pursued studies at multiple institutions, including Munster Technological University, L'institut de Touraine, Coventry University, and Atlantic Technological University.
