Ruth Levins

Ruth Levins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience at Fexco since February 2011. Ruth has held key positions at Fexco, including Head of Customer Experience Europe and Head of Central Europe, where responsibilities included managing the ConCardis DCC team, fostering relationships with ConCardis and merchants, driving international expansion, and overseeing portfolio analysis. Prior to Fexco, Ruth worked at Diageo as a Commercial Manager for the Nordics and provided commercial support. Ruth holds a Master’s Degree in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork and a degree in International Business with French & German from Dublin City University, complemented by an Erasmus Year at the University of Cologne.
