Shane McElroy

Shane McElroy has been with Fexco since 1996, currently serving as the Global Head of ATM Strategy and a member of the DCC Leadership Team. In this role, Shane acts as a trustee for the Fexco pension scheme and oversees ATM strategy in Europe, managing an international team to deliver Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) projects, which significantly enhance revenue for partners. Prior positions at Fexco include Strategic Business Development Manager and Client Services Manager, focusing on key partnerships and market leadership in DCC credit card services. Outside of Fexco, Shane holds the position of Chairperson for the Killorglin Chamber Alliance and is a member of the European Advisory Board of the ATM Industry Association. Education qualifications include advanced management and sales programs from the Irish Management Institute and a Graduate Diploma in Management from The Institute of Commercial Management. Previous experience includes roles at Western Union, Prize Bond Company, and AIB.
