Martijn Visser

Martijn Visser is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Head Chef of nutrition for elite sports at Feyenoord Rotterdam N.V., a position held since January 2018. Prior roles include cooking at De Kuip and leading as Head Chef at The Manhattan Hotel Rotterdam from January 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities included menu planning for all food outlets and cooking for various football clubs. Martijn has also served as Sous Chef at Restaurant de Engel and Jachtclub Hillergersberg, along with experience as Chef de Partie at NH Hotel Group. Martijn Visser obtained an MBO degree in Zelfstandig werkend kok from Roc Zadkine between 1996 and 2000.
