Kris Mailepors

Kris Mailepors, MBA, CPTM, currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at FFF Enterprises, focusing on the design and delivery of employee learning programs to ensure compliance. With extensive experience as a leadership coach, Kris Mailepors emphasizes burnout, mindfulness, and mental wellness, earning the nickname "Ted Lasso" for a heart-first leadership approach. Previous roles include Principal Project/Program Manager at Blue Cross NC, where multiple Leadership Development programs were planned and executed, and Organizational Development Director at Northwestern Medical Center, where a comprehensive development system was established. Kris Mailepors has also contributed as a Board Member and Fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester, held a leadership position with the Association for Talent Development, and gained experience in sales at Delta Funding.
