Marco Lowe

Marco Lowe is the Chief Operating Officer for the City of Seattle, a position held since 2022. They previously served as the Department Director at the Department of Intergovernmental Relations from 2010 to 2013, and as the VP of External Relations & Business Development at Enwave Seattle from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Marco was the Director of Government Affairs for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties from 2018 to 2022. They also contribute to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University since 2010. Marco earned a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2007.
