Heidi Welch Phr

Heidi Welch, PHR, SHRM-CP has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Heidi currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources at FFVA Mutual Insurance Co. since May 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Benefits at CNL Financial Group from May 2008 to June 2018. Furthermore, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at CNL Hotels & Resorts from August 2006 to July 2007. Additionally, Heidi has contributed their expertise as a volunteer board member at GOSHRM- The Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management, serving as the Director of Finance since January 2023 and previously as the Director of Membership from January 2020 to December 2022.

Heidi Welch, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology from Purdue University. In 2009, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
