Serge Ruzhytskyy

Serge Ruzhytskyy, with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University, is currently a Senior Manager in Talent and Development at FGF Brands since May 2019, after previously serving as a Manager in the same department. Prior to FGF Brands, Serge held the position of HR Business Partner at Kinark Child and Family Services from September 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included providing strategic HR support, managing employee relations, and conducting workplace investigations for a diverse client group of 450 staff members. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at WIND Mobile and HR Coordinator at Yummy Market Inc., along with an HR Intern position at Mackenzie Health.
