Head Of Digital Media Optimisation at FGH (Freemans Grattan Holdings)

Esther Hughes started their work experience in 1996 as a Marketing Manager at Bailey Telecom. From 1998 to 2002, they held various campaign roles at O2. Esther then worked as the O2 Business CRM Communications Manager from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the O2 CRM Senior Development Manager, where they built a team and developed a campaign delivery model. From 2009 to 2011, they were the O2 Business Planning Lead, responsible for strategic planning within CRM. Esther later became the Head of Campaign Management at O2 from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the BI Business Partner, collaborating closely with the Business Directorate. Their most recent role from 2014 to 2020 was as the Marcomms Continuous Improvement Lead at O2, where they designed and delivered a blueprint for marcomms performance measurement. In 2020, they joined FGH (Freemans Grattan Holdings) as the Head of Digital Media Optimisation.

Esther Hughes attended John of Gaunt School for an unknown period of time. Esther then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in an unspecified field of study from the University of East London. In 2015, Esther obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Telefónica.
