Tessa Payne has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tessa started their career at Taylor Johnson & Olesker as an Account Coordinator, where they assisted with PR tasks and secured national media coverage for projects. Tessa then joined NAS Recruitment Communications as an Account Manager, managing recruitment advertising campaigns for clients such as Harley-Davidson and Oshkosh b'Gosh. Tessa then moved to Cision, where they became a Team Lead, managing major accounts and securing new business from clients such as McDonald's and State Farm. Tessa later worked at Talon Merchant Capital/LW Stores as a Business Development Manager, sourcing deals and maintaining relationships with retail and financial professionals. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director Business Development at FGI (FGI Finance & FGI Risk), where they lead the company's efforts in providing flexible lending and risk mitigation solutions to small and medium enterprises worldwide.
