Tessa Payne is an accomplished business development leader with over 19 years of experience in the commercial finance and services industry. Currently serving as Managing Director of Business Development at FGI since June 2011, Tessa plays a pivotal role in providing small and medium enterprises with tailored lending and risk mitigation solutions. Prior to FGI, Tessa held the position of Business Development Manager at Talon Merchant Capital/LW Stores, where significant inventory deals and vendor relationships were successfully sourced. Additionally, Tessa's background includes leadership roles at Cision, managing major accounts, and at NAS Recruitment Communications, where recruitment advertising campaigns for notable clients were executed.
