Elizabeth Wojtowicz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Elizabeth Wojtowicz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at FGM Architects since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Quorum Software from July 2014 to October 2021.

Elizabeth also held leadership positions at Coastal Flow Measurement Companies, where they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources from July 2014 to March 2019. In this role, they supervised all HR functions for approximately 225 employees and oversaw talent management, employee relations, compliance, training, benefits, and compensation.

Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at ESG Automotive from December 2011 to June 2014. Elizabeth partnered with executive leadership to align business objectives with HR-related needs and acted as a champion and change agent for employees.

Elizabeth started their career at Paychex in 2000, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Representative, and Senior Payroll Specialist. During their time at Paychex, they led and directed a team of HR consultants and senior generalists and provided counseling on HR policies, procedures, recruitment, employee relations, and employment law compliance.

Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at YourSource Management Group from October 2010 to December 2011, where they provided strategic HR advice and established control systems for compliance. Elizabeth has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in various aspects of human resources throughout their career.

Elizabeth Wojtowicz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Central Michigan University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Strategic Leadership from Walsh College.

In terms of additional certifications, Elizabeth obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2007. Elizabeth also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which they obtained in January 2015.
