Mike Caraker has over 30 years of experience in the architecture industry. Mike began their career at HOK in 1987 as the St. Louis Site Manager, a position they held for 10 years. In 1997, they joined FGM Architects as the Vice President and IT Director, a role they currently hold.

Mike Caraker obtained their Associates degree in Architectural Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1983 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Advanced Technical Studies - Architecture at the same university from 1985 to 1987.
