Kirsten Cotton

Kirsten Cotton has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and professional services industry. Kirsten began their career as an Auditor at the Auditor General State of Arizona in 1988. Kirsten then joined Thomas Havey as a Manager, where they focused on expanding the practice for middle market clients and developed expertise in commercial, not-for-profit, and employee benefit plans. In 1998, Kirsten joined Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Manager, supporting the firm's growth in the not-for-profit and government audit practices. Kirsten also served as a compliance specialist for diverse industries. In 2001, Kirsten moved to Gleeson, Sklar, Sawyers and Cumpata (GSS&C) as a Senior Manager, where they provided quality review of engagements, technical support, and helped create a more formalized quality control system. In this role, Kirsten provides assurance and compliance services to clients in various industries, with a focus on not-for-profits, employee benefit plans, real estate, and financial institutions.

Kirsten Cotton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1987.
