Kristin Sridhar

Kristin Sridhar, MBA, is a seasoned professional in executive recruitment and finance, currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Find Great People since November 2013. Prior to this role, Kristin gained experience as an Executive Recruiter at the same firm and completed an internship in Executive Search at Russell Reynolds Associates during their husband’s fellowship. Kristin's finance background includes serving as a Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs, where Kristin was part of a team managing $1.8 billion in client investments for multiple family groups and foundations, as well as working as a Financial Analyst in the Prime Brokerage division at Goldman Sachs, where Kristin managed relationships with institutional clients. Kristin holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a BA in Psychology from Duke University.
