Brandon Messina

Brandon Messina serves as a Partner and Corporate Counsel at FGS Global in the New York office since June 2022, providing advisory services to public and private companies on communications strategies during critical situations such as high-stakes litigation, government investigations, crises, and management changes. Prior to this role, Brandon Messina worked at Sard Verbinnen & Co from April 2015 to June 2022, advancing through various positions including Managing Director and Corporate Counsel. Brandon Messina began the career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as an Associate from October 2007 to March 2015. Educationally, Brandon Messina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
